Duo Security – Enrollment (from your mobile phone)
Enrolling from a mobile device is only supported with PGE provided phones
1. From your PGE phone, make sure you have the Duo Mobile app installed – if not, install from the App Store or contact IT to have it pushed to your device (if possible)
2. Click the link in the Duo Security Enrollment email you received
3. Click Start Setup
4. Choose Mobile Phone and click Continue
5. Enter in your mobile phone number, check the confirmation box to verify the number is correct, then click Continue
6. Click the option for I have Duo Mobile installed
7. Click Take me to Duo Mobile, then Open
8. If you receive a message stating “Duo Mobile” Would like to Send You Notifications, click Allow
9. You are now done with enrollment
When you log into Citrix or other items that require multi-factor authentication, a notification will be sent to your phone. You will open the Duo Mobile app and click to Approve the login.
