Duo Security – PGE Phone (Use App)
1. Choose iPhone and click Continue
2. Download the Duo Mobile app from your app store if it has not already been installed
3. Once installed, click the I have Duo Mobile installed on the website
4. Open the Duo Mobile app on your phone and click the plus sign in the upper right corner
5. Scan the barcode on your computer screen using your device’s camera, then click Continue
6. For the When I log in option, choose Automatically send this devices a Duo Push
7. Click Finish Enrollment on your compute
When you log into Citrix or other items that require multi-factor authentication, a notification will be sent to your phone. You will open the Duo Mobile app and click to Approve the login.
